We have a great opportunity for somebody who has worked within Transport to cover a Transport Admin Project.
***This will be a temp role with the view to go permanent***
The objective of the project is to create a database of haulage companies that can be used by the company when needed.
Your task will be to use Internet research to identify relevant haulage companies across the country, contact them to assess their suitability and then check their documentation to ensure they meet the company’s requirements. You will then collate this information on a database so that it can be used when required.
Typical duties will include but not be limited to –
- Internet research
- Calling haulage companies
- Checking insurance documents
- Collating data
- Associated administration
Candidates need to have –
- Transport knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Administration experience
